Dr. Ranade is Heading Catalysis, Reactor and Separations Unit at National Chemical Laboratory Pune, which is part of the CSIR laboratories in India. He graduated in Chemical Engineering from University of Bombay (UDCT) in 1984, He also completed his PhD from University of Bombay (UDCT) in 1988.
Dr. Ranade has over 20 years of experience in the area of Turbulent Multiphase Flows, Chemical Reactor Engineering, Industrial Flow Modeling, advanced energy systems & solutions and Computational Fluid Dynamics. He has written number of publications including a book in the subject. He is also associated with Tridiagonal Solutions as Chairman of the Board of Directors. He has won several awards including the prestigious Shanti Swarup Bhatnagar Prize for Science and Technology.

Pravin, one of the five members of Board of Directors in Tridiagonal Solutions has proven his expertise in creating, positioning and managing high growth companies. He has over 17 years of experience in Technology Entrepreneurship, Business Development and Delivery of Customer Centric Solutions.
Pravin's experience includes acquiring as well as divesting companies. Pravin lived and worked for 14 years in the US, and shifted back to India in the summer of 2006. He has driven, and been accountable for Sales, Marketing, Technology, Delivery and Strategy functions at his previous ventures. Pravin’s previous company grew by over 40x in 6 years and was subsequently divested to Wipro. .

Rahul has more than 18 years of executive management and leadership experience in the technology sector and venture capital, with a strong track record of driving business performance and enhancing shareholder value. In operational roles since the last 8 years, 6 of which were as CEO of technology enabled global businesses.
He is well versed with financial Structuring and has respectable relationships base across Investment and Banking industry in India. Rahul was one of the first few VCs of India, at RCTC from 1993-2000. He is highly focused on team building and operational excellence.

Co-founder of Tridiagonal Solutions, Sandeepak heads Consulting, Operations and Business Development. He has Post graduate degree in Thermal and Fluids Engineering form IIT Bombay along with 13 years of experience in Computational Fluid Dynamics modeling and related technologies.
Before founding Tridiagonal Solutions, Sandeepak served Fluent India Pvt. Ltd. for nine years where he was in charge of North American CFD Technical Support teams.

Ashish heads the software development activities at Tridiagonal Solutions. He has post graduate degree in Fluid Mechanics and Thermal Sciences from IIT, Kanpur.
Ashish is also a founder member of Tridiagonal and his interests include Computational Fluid Dynamics, Turbulence Modeling, Technical Training and Mentoring along with Open Source Software Development. Before founding Tridiagonal, Ashish worked with Fluent for seven years where he looked after product management responsibilities for Catia and FlowLab products.
